The Keyman Offices are leased complete with all Fixtures, Furniture and Equipment with full additional access to all common office areas and equipment. A full time KeyMan Office Manager is on-site to assist in scheduling appointments, conference room and general office management and maintenance duties. Common areas include the Entrance Lobby and Waiting Room, Conference Room, Workroom, Kitchen/Break Room and ADA Restroom. All offices have individual entries from the common Waiting Room/Reception area and 2 offices also enjoy their own private exterior entrances, one from the street and one from the rear parking lot.
